Kaiser Update on Southern CA Fires:
Evacuations have been ordered in Santa Monica, Malibu, Palisades, Eaton, Hurst, and several other areas. Due to these circumstances, some physicians, employees, and members may be facing significant personal challenges, including evacuations, school closures, poor air quality, and more. We are closely monitoring the fires and high winds throughout Southern California. Our top priority is the safety of our patients, members, staff, and community. Most KP facilities in Southern California are open and operating during normal business hours. However, the following facilities are currently closed:
-
Sylmar Medical Offices
-
Pasadena Medical Offices
-
Pasadena Vision Essentials
-
Thousand Oaks Hillcrest Drive Medical Offices
-
Addiction Medicine at West Covina Behavioral Health Office
-
Camarillo Medical Offices
-
Target Clinic Burbank
-
Target Clinic Eagle Rock
-
Target Clinic Santa Clarita
Facility impacts are subject to change as the situation develops. Please note the following measures we are taking:

-
We will contact members if their appointment is affected by these closures.
-
Video visits and telephone appointments are available for primary care needs.
-
If members have questions about scheduled appointments, they can contact our Appointment and Advice Call Center at 1-833-574-2273.
